Sealants are used to repel and block the movement of fluids through openings in joints, holes or cracks. Certain types of sealants are used for blocking dust, insulating sound and absorbing the transmission of heat.
Coatings can also be used as sealants on various surfaces. Our specialised products are liquid coatings, some of which remain liquid in the applied state or cure into a solid on application. These can be used to prevent wear and corrosion, insulate and waterproof, or protect machinery and equipment.
Sealants and coatings are mainly flexible but can also be rigid, they can be used for permanent solutions and be strong or for temporary solutions and be weak. Some sealants and coatings may also have adhesive qualities for extra adhesion to the applied surfaces.

FLEXIBLE JOINTING COMPOUND
Flexible Jointing Compound is a sealing product which cures by oxidation and gives a flexible bond. For use on threaded or flat steel and plastic pipes, flanges and fittings. Seals up to 70 bar pressure. Easily removable. When cured it is resistant to water, oil, steam and LPG Gas.
HIGH TEMPERATURE RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER - BLACK
RTV Black Gasket Maker is a non-slumping, one component, rubber paste that cures to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Temp -62°C to +260°C. Flange sealing on transmissions, compressors and pumps, valve and timing covers, crankcases, radiators, thermostats, etc.
HIGH TEMPERATURE RTV SILICONE GASKET MAKER - BLUE
RTV Blue Gasket Maker is a non-slumping, one component, rubber paste that cures to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Temp -62°C to +300°C. Flange sealing on transmissions, compressors and pumps, valve and timing covers, crankcases, radiators, thermostats, etc.

RTV Grey Gasket Maker is a non-slumping, one component, rubber paste that cures to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature. Temp -62°C to +380°C. Flange sealing on transmissions, compressors and pumps, valve and timing covers, crankcases, radiators, thermostats, etc.
NON-TOXIC SILICONE - WHITE / CLEAR / GREY
Non-Toxic Silicone is odour free, low oxime, neutral curing silicone. Used for sealing of equipment and components made from metal, glass and rubber in food and warehousing applications.
STRUCTURAL GLAZING SILICONE - WHITE / CLEAR / GREY
Structural Glazing Silicone is a neutral cure silicone, which is used for structural glazing and bonding of glass and aluminium.
INDUSTRIAL ANTI-FUNGAL SILICONE - WHITE / CLEAR / BLACK
Industrial Anti-Fungal Silicone is high specification acetoxy cure, which used for general sealing applications. Non-shrinking, mould and UV resistant sealant.
POLYURETHANE SEALANT - BLACK
Polyurethane Sealant is a one component permanently elastic sealant. Excellent resistance to UV and very good adhesion to steel and concrete, with resistance to many chemicals. For applications such as sealing of shrinking joints in concrete floors, bonding of roof tiles and installation of automotive windscreens.

EPOXY WEARING COMPOUND
Wearing Compound is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system containing anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion fillers giving outstanding protection against abrasion and corrosion. Trowel-on or brush-on application. Typical applications include pump impellers, tanks, valves, pipes, chutes, launders, pumps, cyclones, valves, pulleys, etc.
EPOXY CRUSHER BACKING COMPOUND
Crusher Backing Compound is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system with unique properties for this particular application. Exceptionally high compressive strength and the ability to cure in damp conditions make this a product which can be used in all crushing applications from tertiary to primary crushers. Relatively low S.G. means less kits are required.
EPOXY ANTI-RUST FLEXI COAT COMPOUND
Anti-Rust Flexi Coat is a very flexible epoxy coating which has superior chemical and corrosion resistance. Contains a rust inhibitor preventing rust spread. Typical applications include surface protection in chemical plants, iron and steel works, sugar mills, sewage plants etc.
EPOXY ANTI-CORROSION LINER
Anti-Corrosion liner is a 100% solids modified epoxy resin system for protecting concrete and metal against chemical attack. Suitable for sewerage plants, sugar mills, pump and paper plants, etc.
COLD GALVANISING COATING
Cold Galvanizing Paint provides the protection of hot-dip galvanizing. Product contains 95% pure zinc and forms a tough, durable, and flexible zinc metal coating that bonds electrochemically with the base metal to protect against rust and corrosion.
WATERPROOF RUBBER COATING
Waterproof Rubber Coating is a non-solvent liquid based product which cures by oxidation and gives a flexible bond. Specified for use on wood, concrete and metal as a primer and under coat. This product has great water and UV resistance due to revolutionary cross-etching raw materials used
PROTECTIVE WAX
Anti-Corrosive Protective Wax provides lasting prevention of rusting and corrosion in areas of high humidity. Also used on vehicle panels, doors and box sections. Can be used on all moulds and battery terminals.
